Question: Is just the name being changed, or is the description going to be tweaked? I'd prefer to see the new version of the trope in its final form before making a call.

As far as I know the description is not really going to be changed as part of the rename. That being said, it might be a good idea to go over to the TRS thread
and ask about that. I could be wrong and it is probably better not just take my word for it anyhow.
In any event, it seems like the current image never really fit the trope anyway since the trope is about chase scenes and specifically mentions that situations in which people who normally cannot get up by themselves because of medical reasons fall do not count.

I think the picture works, though it shouldn't be potholed to Trope Namer. I'll go fix that, at least.

I've Fallen and I Can't Get Up is being renamed
to Dramatic Slip. I think one problem is that the current image reflects the old name and its reference to the Life Alert catchphrase which does not seem related to the trope's definition of "[t]wo or more people are running from something that promises pain and/or death" and "one of the characters trip."
