Kevin Martin had better seasons in Sacramento. Plus his favorite way of drawing fouls have been non-shooting fouls since 2010-11. OKC will stink in the short-term, and they'll need Durant to step up and Westbrook from being so inconsistent.
"Wait, it's IV. Of course they are. They'd make IV for Dreamcast." - Enlong, on yet another FFIV remakeI'm an optimist. Can't help but think that a chance for a ring will light a fire under some people.
Neither goony beard-men nor rainbow-haired she-twinks will stand in the way of my dreams! If only it did for Boozer, and the Bulls stayed healthy last season.
And I think Kinkajou already responded on why you can't just get Boozer.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyIronically, Boozer played all 66 regular season games for the Bulls last season - and he's the guy known for being injury prone, while Rose only played 39 games and had his season ended by an arrow to the knee a torn ACL, Noah rolled his ankle in the playoffs, and Deng played through a wrist injury.
Houston made off like bandits in that trade - getting a young 2-guard and definitely top 5 in the league in terms of 2-guards (only Kobe/Wade are definitely ahead) for an injury-prone 2 guard whose game is increasingly pointless due to the rule changes. They better hope Jeremy Lamb pans out and those picks are in the high lottery - I don't trust Presti with late first rounders and they don't have a tradition of draft steals like SA.
"Wait, it's IV. Of course they are. They'd make IV for Dreamcast." - Enlong, on yet another FFIV remakeLook, it's not that I dislike Boozer. But if he wants to stay in Chicago, he'd better earn his keep.
Neither goony beard-men nor rainbow-haired she-twinks will stand in the way of my dreams!Duh. The only problem is that, well, he's eating up minutes which could go to Taj Gibson.
"Wait, it's IV. Of course they are. They'd make IV for Dreamcast." - Enlong, on yet another FFIV remakeUp 48-46 to the Fakers (who doesn't have anyone missing for the game), WITHOUT Dirk and WITHOUT Kaman, and despite the Fakers shooting better in both F Gs (56%, compared to 45%) and F Ts (43%, compared to 33%).

I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over.Let the O-VER-RA-TED *clap, clap, clap-clap-clap* chants begin, I say
Neither goony beard-men nor rainbow-haired she-twinks will stand in the way of my dreams! We're 13 pts up with around 3 mins to go. Keep the Fakers at bay, Mavs! LET'S GO MAVS!!!
I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over. And this is without Dirk! What an opening game indeed.
Neither goony beard-men nor rainbow-haired she-twinks will stand in the way of my dreams!Aw man, this is too good to be true. The Los Angeles Geriatrics lost. The season couldn't have started in any better way
I hope all the Lakers "fans" didn't hurt their knees when they jumped off the bandwagon

FT: DAL 99-91 LOL
I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over. Some "superteam". They made Eddy Curry look like a legitimate threat.
And he just joined in the last few days. LOL Even though Jae Crowder is the rookie, he's more familiar with the team compared to the veteran Curry.
I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over. The same Eddy Curry cut by the Spurs.
Steve Nash... was invisible. Fast point guards are gonna have a field day against the Lakers.
Kobe had an efficient game (11-14 from the field) but that was the only bright spot.
"Wait, it's IV. Of course they are. They'd make IV for Dreamcast." - Enlong, on yet another FFIV remakeSome Fakers fans are "grumbling" about why they lost: because Kobe was playing through an injury. Implying that if he wasn't injured, he would be 14/14 from the field.
I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over.Kobe actually had a rare good game.
I can never understand the logic of bandwagoners.
Neither goony beard-men nor rainbow-haired she-twinks will stand in the way of my dreams!Kobe hasn't played bad this season, mostly because he's not forcing the offense.
On the other hand, Steve Nash in the Princeton...

"Wait, it's IV. Of course they are. They'd make IV for Dreamcast." - Enlong, on yet another FFIV remakeTaking my cousin to the Bulls game today! My first season opener. If only PACE had their schedule online, I could be sure if we'd make it on time or not.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyWe just had to lose with 3 seconds left...dammit
Well, it wasn't all bad though. Kyle Lowry looked unstoppable on the floor tonight with 21 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. Valanciunas got a double double.
On the downside, Bargnani went 4 of 15, DeRozan went 5 for 14 and Fields was pretty much non-existent. I wouldn't have much of a problem with that downside if it we didn't have almost $30 million a year tied up in those 3.
But I guess that's what happens when you have a GM that has no idea what the words ‘value’ and ‘production’ mean.
The fatigue reared its ugly head in the 2nd half, as the one playing their 2nd game in 2 days fell to the home team that will be playing their first game of the season.
Oh and the 3Q scores for both DAL-UTA and LAL-POR are the same, 76-92 LOL

I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over. This is a great day to be a Spurs fan, tbh. Spurs win in NOLA (thanks to Kawhi Leonard turning things around in the 3rd and Tim Duncan and Tony Parker closing out the game), and both the Mavs and Lakers lose.

Darn. I do hope they can get enough mileage out of Kevin Martin. Guy's in his prime and needs all the chances he can get. I'm pretty sure he'll think that this is his make-or-break season and will perform accordingly.
Plus, Boozer is The Millstone for the Bulls, bar none.
