The Wizard laughs, "No, I'm not about to reveal the details of my abilities, nor do I expect you to reveal the details of yours. I don't want you to, in fact. That would be far less interesting. All I need is for you to show me where he'll be at, and I'll take care of the rest. I promise."
"See, that's the problem," said Ken. "I was teleported to and from their base. We'll need to figure out where their base is first."
J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!"Well, is there any way to return? To contact them?"
"They didn't give me anything for that," said Ken. "The way I found them was one of their members tried to catch my attention by shooting up random cars. Then the dude teleported me to their base."
Ken was clearly flustered at his inability to find the Militia's headquarters.
J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!"Well, could you, perhaps, describe where you were?"
"Well," said Ken, racking his brains, "it was a small camp...I think it might have been in the rainforest. Hey, wait a minute! They had some way of knowing where I lived. On an unrelated note, what if the camp was actually somewhere near the Heart itself?"
J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!"Whoa, slow down. So it's in a rainforest. Did the sun change position in the sky after the transit?"
"Come to think of it," said Ken, "yeah, it did! Wherever the rainforest was, it definitely isn't in Seattle. It was in another timezone entirely."
J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!"Now were getting somewhere. Now, this is a long shot, but do you happen to remember how much the sun's position changed?"

"Not really," said Ken, "other than it was later in the day there than it is here. So their camp must be southeast of here."
J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!"Ok, so it's to the east of here, and probably to the south. Now, what time were you taken, and how much did the sun's position change?"
"Well," said Ken, "the 11 o'clock news had just completed its first segment when the Militia sent its ambassador. The teleporting thing unexpectedly long, probably because they had to pinpoint where I was supposed to go, and then I had to wait around for a while at the camp, but it was afternoon when they gave their initiation speech, and it's around midday now."

J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!"Would you estimate it as a three, four, or five hour difference?"
"Probably a three-hour difference," said Ken. "Wait a minute! What if they actually set up camp near the Heart itself? The implications are staggering!"
J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!"A three hour difference would put you in Panama, Ecuador, Columbia, or Peru. All of them, with the possible exception of Panama, are near the Heart. I personally wouldn't be surprised if they set up near the Heart, so let's discount Panama, for now. Were you anywhere near the ocean?"
"No," said Ken, "there wasn't any ocean. I didn't even see a lake. It was just jungle, jungle, and more jungle."
J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!"...Were there any mountains nearby?"

"That's our best advantage over the Militia," said Ken. "Most of the Militia seems all angry all the time, even the ones who are calm enough to think clearly. Also, if we're going to paint the general to death, then I'll need to know how much range your paint's effects have."
