One of the angels for one of the devils, eh?
What the hell. Him and Hitchens, too? I think I need to punch something.
Hail Martin Septim! As they say, deaths always come in threes.
Of the three deaths this weekend, this one touched me the most. Havel was a great visionary, and a man of peace. And he is most likely the one most quickly forgotten.
the statement above is false^ This.
^^ Good man dies and some are remembered, but the bad dies and they're remembered forever...*
Strange he died the same day as Kim Jong Il though...and I thought Clarke and Gygax died the same year was already bad enough...

Give me cute or give me...something?I'm with Jethro. It's sad that people care so much more about people who are so much less impressive.
Except for 4/1/2011. That day lingers in my memory like...metaphor here...I should go.Well, the good here sure as hell wasn't interred with his bones. So there's a nice change of pace.
Hail Martin Septim!
Vaclev Havel died today. He was the President of Czechoslovakia from 1989 to 1992, and President of the Czech Republic from 1993 to 2003. He was also a writer.
Havel played an important role in ending the cold war relatively bloodlessly. And he died on the same day as Kim Jong-Il.
