Yu Yu Hakusho did have a lot of cool demons.

Baskerville from Hellsing is pretty cool. So are Majin Buu and Dabura from Dragon Ball.

Well she's a demon now but she used to be an angel. Belial/Mad Hatter from Angel Sanctuary.
I also love Naraku though for different reasons than the OP.
