Just based on how my dad described it (he saw it, not me), a girl moves into town and becomes obsessed with this one boy (captain of his school's swim team or something). He refuses her advances, so she tries to ruin his life, including making a steroid test turn up positive for him, killing one of his friends, attempting to murder his girlfriend, etc. It turns out this boy looks exactly like her ex-boyfriend (a football player) who is in a coma. Also, she plays the viola and is rich. Anyhoo, the boy tricks her into confessing to these crimes on tape and gets her arrested, only for her to kill the cops, drive to his house, bludgeon his mother, try to drown his girlfriend, and then he drowns her the end.
