It does. I've noticed that the vast majority of the Covens go quite for long stretches, before being resurrected for a short period of time, and then goes dormant again. This thread is no exception.

The state schools will have to wait another week. This is one of the few benefits of going to a Catholic school.
The only reason I made a reddit account was so I could submit a video to Chadtronic. I also posted a text post asking for evidence for something on TV Tropes that said that The Symbol of SEELE and something else appeared on Pinky and the Brain. It's on the YMMV page for said show.
On an unrelated note, school starts for me on Tuesday. :(
