I honestly only consider people "old" when they are about 75 or something.

Me too. It's really relative: I feel old next to a bunch of elementary schoolers but otherwise very young. A 75-year old is still young compared to a 90-year old.

Heck, some people stay fit and energetic enough through their lives that they are practically never old.

Yeah. Take my grandad. Over 80 and still going strong. I hope to be like him at that age.

Hmm. yeah. I find it a bit awkward to talk about aging at 14.

It's a bit awkward talking about it at 17 also.

On an unrelated note, this guy has been playing some Binding of Isaac Rebirth.

After beating a certain amount of play sessions, you get new floors, and more content for the next playthrough. I remember unparalleled stress and pain trying to beat the Chest (Fun fact, it is the 5th"final" level, and there's actually two more left , which isn't counting upcoming DLC). Now I've beat it twice, without the intent of doing so. I just wanted something to play to some podcasts.

It goes for a lot of Roguelites. One tends to make more progress when they're not trying to.

Adding on to that, who else here likes roguelikes and other silly-hard games? I play Kerbal Space Program and Dwarf Fortress, so I count towards that.

Dwarf Fortress? Damn, that's dedication.

With you on the hard games thing. I like a good challenge. Dark Souls, Hotline Miami, and the Binding of Isaac are pretty safe in my top five games ever.

Oh god Earthbound. I love its feel, the character, the heart, the music, it's all so good. But for some reason, the game game is kind of a slog, personally.
