Yes. I grew out of the immature phase last year, and I just lurk sites with an age requirement. TVT does not have a "enter your birth date" thing in the signup page, thus I assumed it was 12yo-friendly.

It's definitely possible. 12 is pretty young. I didn't even consider joining any sites at that age. (That's changed pretty quickly for me just a couple years later).
