Also, agree with the "other villains show moral outrage" idea. That's one really good way of showing a character is a Complete Monster- showing that even their fellow villains are horrified by them.
Not necessarily. A villain can be horrid enough to trigger indignation from other villains without being Complete Monster level horrid.

Don't try to 'fit them in.' If they don't qualify, cut 'em. We're more interested in reducing the number of examples.
Again, this is why I recommend scrapping the current examples and starting over, and as well as having some sort of filter for added examples. (Such as by locking the pages.)

I still suggest renaming, too; I think we need a title that emphasizes both the irredeemability of the character and the lack of good in them. Having just the former would make this seem redundant with Moral Event Horizon.

I'll lock the definition where it is now. All that remains then, is to remove the examples that don't fit the simplified definition.
