I used to watch this show when I first got into anime, but gave up halfway. Read the manga and the comic had a totally different ending...

The manga is *so* much better. But this was my favorite series until I watched Full Moon Wo Sagashite.

Here's an interesting WMG I put up: The demons Jeanne fought are the dead anime and manga villains.
An example would be Light Yagami.
I have a gut feeling that the titular character is a Villain Protagonist unknowingly. If you don't know what I'm talking about, try comparing her to Daniel in Amnesia The Dark Descent.
