Yeah, he didn't seem to do much for Lisp beyond the whole inventing it business, and even then the idea was that it would be used for easier program verification and such; it wasn't originally supposed to be something actually implemented, after all. I'm not surprised he made more contributions to math and logic.

I Have to say it was around midnight and my laptop plug got pulled out a few seconds after. My brain Isn't at it's best in those circumstances.

He is mostly known as the creator of Lisp, but that actually was just a tiny part of his work on AI and related matters — personally, I knew him more for his work on nonmonotonic logic, but his webpage
contains plenty of interesting papers on quite the breadth of topics.
