"Besides I felt like [wishing death on a fellow human being]."
Okay then.
“Love is the eternal law whereby the universe was created and is ruled.” — St. Bernard
I didn't wish it, I just said that if it happened to be so, that I wouldn't miss them
Again though, I wasn't sure but it sounded un-ironic enough to just go with it.
as of the 2nd of Nov. has 6 weeks for a broken collar bone to heal and types 1 handed and slowlyThere are probably people who believe that sort of thing, but I assure you that they don't have such a good grasp of spelling and punctuation, and they're not down with gender reassignment surgery either.
But I don't see how most of the people on this forum can do much about rape of lesbians in Africa, given that the vast majority of us don't have any say in African governments. If it were me and emigration wouldn't get you shot, I'd sure as fuck leave. Yes, moving while poor is a bitch, but a third (IIRC) of the population of Ireland managed to do it while facing starvation and a much more hostile American ethnic climate, so...

Hail Martin Septim!huh.
I think whenever I am on the forums my new avatar makes me feel to empowered to be more daring with my posts.
Does it make me seem crazy that that's really me?

as of the 2nd of Nov. has 6 weeks for a broken collar bone to heal and types 1 handed and slowlyIdentity does have a lot of situational aspects. I guess the broody stabby guy in your av counts as a situation.
Hail Martin Septim!@ekuseruekuseru's post. I don't care if that was a joke, it's in such poor taste that I cannot honestly believe someone would consider it appropriate.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Well a mod just thumped it, so I guess we should get back on topic

OP, did you know that you can be imprisoned for being gay in parts of Africa? And Ugandans were seriously considering a bill that would have introduced the death penalty for being gay? Such a law is already implemented in a couple other parts of Africa.
Huh, didn't expect South Africa to have legal same-sex marriage though.

Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right, here I am...South Africa is one of the most democratic countries out there, and I can't think many people responsible for ending apartheid - still huge figures in their politics - would have a very anti-gay platform.
(AIDS is much more equal-opportunity in Africa, of course, and every little bit of monogamy helps.)
Hail Martin Septim!News to me. You learn something new every day
Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right, here I am...Honestly, being anything in most countries in Africa sucks pretty bad.
Exceptions being some parts of North Africa, and South Africa.
Well, I know my topic isn't exactly news, but I'm amazed at how much stuff that's decided at birth, that one has no control over, can basically ruin your life from the start.
A case of true love has the same redeeming power as a case of genuine curiosity: they are the same.Realistically, being a poor anything in a lot of countries sucks very badly. Being a woman, black, and/or homosexual just makes things that much worse.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I wonder why people are talking as though there's something that stands out about being black in Africa, though.
Hail Martin Septim! Also Saying that your a woman and a lesbian is a bit redundant don't you think?
hashtagsarestupidNah, that's all right. "Gay" seems to be a word that leans toward the male, for some reason. But generally speaking, blacks aren't any more oppressed than anyone else in Africa, right?

Hail Martin Septim!Yes but lesbian isn't.
hashtagsarestupidAh, you're saying that we should just pare it down to "poor lesbian in Africa". I thought you were accusing me of saying all Africans were black or something. Yeah, that'd be more concise.
Hail Martin Septim!Yeah sorry I wasn't clear.
hashtagsarestupidWhite lesbians have less trouble. The only way these people may have it worse is if they were somehow handicapable and/or with AIDS
A case of true love has the same redeeming power as a case of genuine curiosity: they are the same.As I say, I don't think being black, no cultural qualifiers added, gets you discriminated against in Africa.
Hail Martin Septim!
J Ason I admirer your passion, beside while this is most likely a joke there are people who actually say this sort of thing with out irony.
