This is a tough one. I thought I might throw this penny arcade strip into the options pool. Perhaps the first panel alone or the first and last.
Also this one pretty clearly is the trope although I'm not sure how well it would work for a page image.
Finally, here are a couple fake movie posters 1◊ 2◊

Very hard trope to picture, as it's about something everyone remembers far later than the event it happened at. The only thing I can say is that it shouldn't feature an actual stripper, as that might come off as too literal and strangle the trope, so to speak. I'm really leaning towards no picture at all.
The Takane pics misses the mark a little, so I don't think they're that good. The only reason I even remember about Jackson is because I thought it so stupid to get so hung up on something minor like that. Would work for an American site, but not an international.
Still JAFAAC (but a lot closer to "everyone knows"), but while a lot of people remember the plot of Star Wars, more people remember what Leia wore that brief time in one of the movies. Could potentially work.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything. That's not true. Lilith shows up once in a while, and Q-Bee is a page image right here. The Mass Effect thing is nice and meta, but it still might be overly dependent on the caption.
So, it's been a month. Does anyone want to discuss this yet? I'm willing to support the first PA strip from post 27, or either of the gag posters.
"Ladies and gentlemen, it's Julie Andrews." [1]◊
Stop suggesting near naked pictures alone. They actual point of the trope is "everybody remembers". This would take something like a custom pic, or a comic. Something like a poster detailing all the stuff in a movie, and then we see everyone coming out of the theater discussing one minor point.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. It's Mary Poppins naked. I honestly have never had a conversation with anyone about the movie itself.
That just says "hey, this actress known for wholesome roles is getting nude", not this trope.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. You can argue about the suitability of the image, but this is totally that trope. Does anyone even watch S.O.B. any more? Know what it is? It comes pretty close to All There Is To Know About The Crying Game.

It's showing the trope that matters, not being the trope.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. That might be the trope, but the image doesn't really show "this work is primarily remembered for this scene".
Reaction Image RepositoryAnd in case you were wondering, no I had not heard of SOB prior to looking it up just now, nor did I know the name of the actress who played Mary Poppins. As I think we demonstrated on page 1, with the foreigners who had no idea the Janet Jackson controversy involved a football game, assuming that "everyone knows about this example" isn't going to work here.
Suggestion:
This is for the movie Swordfish but it would also work for other relevant works.
Two images. The first is a group of nine small images (3x3) showing random scenes from the movie. Caption: what the movie is about. The second is topless Halle Berry (either with censorship bars, or from an angle that doesn't actually show her boobs). Caption: what people remember.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! What I thought of when I saw this was the striptease in The Great Mouse Detective. It's also something of a Big-Lipped Alligator Moment, and yet everybody remembers it. I'll try to find a picture.
More pluck than an Alabama banjo festivalHere, this is what I meant.
I see that somebody else found the picture before I did — thanks!

More pluck than an Alabama banjo festivalCue examples of anthropomorphic animals in poses that could be construed as provocative.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.A shot making it clear that it's a stage show would be better. And perhaps a poster of the movie added, showing the comparison of what the movie is about, and what some only seem to care about.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. You can tell she's on the stage here. Also, that link you posted had a bunch of different shots.

More pluck than an Alabama banjo festivalActually, what I remember about The Great Mouse Detective is the great death trap at the end, complete with that corny ricky-dick tune playing on the gram.
In how large part of the triology was this shown? How memorable is it?
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.Few minutes near the beginning of Return Of The Jedi only. Great example. But...

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Debating how "memorable" something is or isn't is why this trope is YMMV. I love The Great Mouse Detective, but you can't ignore that people always have to bring this scene up whenever somebody talks about it.

More pluck than an Alabama banjo festival
Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
Something from Fox's coverage of Mass Effect maybe?◊ With a caption saying something like, "Mass Effect is an epic space opera that takes 10s of hours to experience. We've gathered a team of panelists to talk about the 20 seconds worth of nudity."
Or something like this maybe?◊ For reference, that's Darkstalkers, and those are the only 2 characters from Darkstalkers that anyone has ever cared about.
