Different rooftop.
Yet another thing I can relate to: Getting bored over summer break because you're not popular.
Though I actually have friends, it's just that I'm really shy and I'm a homebody, so I don't ask them over very often. I text them a lot over the breaks, though.
‽‽‽‽ ^These are interrobangs. Love them. Learn them. Use them.I have 0 friend, but as an adult I guess that's to be expected.
It is? :< My parents have about 4 good friends...

‽‽‽‽ ^These are interrobangs. Love them. Learn them. Use them.Lucky bastards!
Well, I don't live anywhere near where I grew up. Indeed, I've been moving pretty much constantly, and I don't get out much. Yuck.
Oh, I see That's too bad... Do you have coworkers you could make friends with?
‽‽‽‽ ^These are interrobangs. Love them. Learn them. Use them.I am unemployed
That's rough. Sorry to hear that.

‽‽‽‽ ^These are interrobangs. Love them. Learn them. Use them. This girl is just repeatedly breaking my heart.
Yeah It's really painful. At least she has her friend from middle school...
‽‽‽‽ ^These are interrobangs. Love them. Learn them. Use them.Although her parents don't seem very present and her brother looks down on her, they also seem to be a net positive in her life.
I think if she tried talking to people more, they would realize how strange she is and most wouldn't want to be friends with her, but also most people wouldn't bother to ostracize her or want to hurt her feelings. Exercising her atrophied social skills and learning about other people would be worth the risk. Of course, it's impossible to see this from within the tangle of social anxiety and inexperience.
And I could be wrong - I've heard for some Japanese schools, bullying is as big a problem as it is for some American schools. That is to say, a damn big problem.
It doesn't seem to be much of a problem in Tomoko's school.
‽‽‽‽ ^These are interrobangs. Love them. Learn them. Use them.Yeah so far they seem pretty nice, they speak with her rather than alienate her but due to her shyness most of the time Tomoko is more prone to try to escape or hastily end the conversation.

Huh, 25th chapter
heh that package I admit I laughed... Now I feel bad.
Oh, finally. And it's actually one of the best chapters in the whole manga, no less.
Also, first time ever posting on TV Tropes, so yay.
"With great power comes great responsibility" - Kurt Cobain, Nickelback (2003)26 is out.
RealidadeMoral of the story...Internet is full of lies!!
I think it is: Our brains are treacherous bastards.
RealidadeThat or maybe Tomoko clearly has issues.
Well, we already knew that.
ok I am hooked
Make your hearth shine through the darkest night; let it transform hate into kindness, evil into justice, and loneliness into love. This is sad. XD
Oh my god, she was watching a Nico vid of Ao Oni.
EDIT: Only seven pages? Why'd it get so short all of a sudden?

Don't mind me. I'm just a creepy little lurker.
Didn't she try going to the rooftop once and was like "WTF it's locked what kind of manga is this?!"
