If people are wondering about the delay, or lack of scans, welp, it's a case of it happening. Again.

According to the last page of this latest chapter, the next chapter is due June 27th in Japan (which is a three month break). I assume the next one after that will be in the late-August issue of Comic Alive.
At least it's not a two-hit combo of both the writer AND the author getting sick like before, but it really makes one wonder what's the artist's illness, because I remember there was mention before of a lengthy operation the last time.
