Remade An Old Story

For anyone who was interested in the old fic I was posting on these boards, The Great Reversal (that story about modern teens being tossed into a world where women are in charge), I've canceled it.

I wrote a new version called Motherland. One major plot difference is that I scrapped the "modern kids thrown into other world" plot for a story that remains within the world. A person who talked to about it told me that the idea of "teens being thrown into another world" was a horrible cliche overused by badfics and suggested to me ideas for another idea with that same world.

I wasn't completely sure about what she said, because I had been told otherwise by other people, but the possibilities were too tempting to pass up.
