So that's the new game from Slightly Mad Studios, eh? Looks awesome. But I still don't get why they can put even basic hands animation. It's like watching a ghost drive.
What do you get if you burn tomatoes? Ash Ketchump.I was thinking that this would be about a new videogame in Pixar's CARS franchise... guess not.
But what exactly separates it from other sim racers like Gran Turismo or Forza? Not really seeing a difference there.
It's about cart racing. Which means that the cars will be carts, and not the touring car type things used in GT and Forza. As a result, the physics and mechanics will probably be closer to (but not the same as) a Formula 1 game than they are to touring car games like GT and FM.
My standard Anime Theme song game variant rules: [Censored by ACTA]Actually, I wouldn't call it a "cart" simulator, it's an open-wheel racecar simulator.

"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelIt's more like a PC version of GT/Forza, but with more realistic physics, like iRacing. The acronym stands for "Community-Assisted Racing Simulator", due to the fact that SMS are enlisting the sim racing community to help develop it... the goal is to make a racing game that is as real as possible. It's still in pre-alpha state but it's looking damn good already.
This looks really good.
