Every detail is consistent. Who tops, where they live, they even mention they just moved and had to buy new furniture. they even got some fetishes right, though that's obviously just a coincidence, albeit a pretty freaky one

Well. It's not wholly accurate to say I found it - Pannic told me about it and I got curious and went looking. Dunno how HE found it. Probably heard about it through Butterscotch, a mutual friend of ours, and I know exactly how he found it.
