I really, really like that they have a cycle of abuse thing going on. No one exists in a vacuum.
ophelia, you're breaking my heartI don't know about that... Anything can happen in FTL. Though, it'd require the vaccum to be magical rather than run on electricity, but there's still every chance that someone could exist in one.
-is thoughtful- we've never seen the inside of the genie's lamp...
aaah that's kinda horrifying.
ophelia, you're breaking my heart... Yes we did. Towards the beginning of Fruit of the Poisonous Tree, with the Sydney Glass' origin story...
Yeah, it looked like a nice place, even if the living space was itty-bitty.
You know what would be great? Emma, Snow, Mulan and Aurora find a portal to our world, but don't end up in Storybrooke but in Boston. Since Snow never left Storybrooke she would not be so comfortable there. Emma on the other hand, would be at her home turf.
BTW, does she still own that apartement in Boston? Cause when she got to Storybrooke she didn't intend to stay there and she never got back to Boston to get her stuff, right?
You lost!
In "The Price Of Gold" she was seen sorting through her stuff at Mary Margret's apartment, she said she had it sent down from Boston, so presumably she doesn't have the apartment anymore.
"You are never taller then when standing up for yourself"Man, I am watching too may series simultaneously, because I can usually remember this stuff. Anyway, for some reason I want to see those four in the real world, I just don't know why. Also, I want those four to become an all girl asskicking team. Could someone hand me the right trope please?
EDIT: we need a Fan Nickname section for OUAT because I just heard the term "Golden Swan" for shipping!

You lost!...remember how she lied about Emma and Snow being alive? And that is the only the recent thing she did.
"Here to welcome our new golden-eyed overlords," said Addy promptly. And she's on a redemption kick now, because of Henry. Which Charming knows, because she told him. That seems like the sort of thing that should be encouraged, by not using her desire to reconnect with her to blatantly con her.
Seriously, kid. At least show up for lunch so she doesn't get suspicious.
Aaaah, okay. Forgot about that. Too grossed out by all the propagation of racist stereotypes.
That would be cool! Except blaaah fantasy world is better than real world despite hygiene and other conveniences.

ophelia, you're breaking my heartMagic wardrobe... I only thought of it now, watching episode 20, but any chance it has something to do with the one leading to Narnia?
Laws are made to be broken. You're next, thermodynamics.Since I don't believe Narnia is entering the public domain any time soon, I doubt it.
The Chronicles of Narnia aren't owned by disney or something?
"Here to welcome our new golden-eyed overlords," said Addy promptly.Movie rights. Not everything rights.
ophelia, you're breaking my heartNot anymore.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the Greatoooh, I did not see that. It makes sense, tho.
ophelia, you're breaking my heartOh right, there were those movies. Yeah, it could happen.
Actually, the way that the characters insist on referring to a wooden thing that was never used or intended to store clothes as a wardrobe makes me very suspicious now.
maybe that's what they think wardrobes do
ophelia, you're breaking my heartMaybe Cora or Regina becomes the White Witch. The story did have her destroy the world she was from.
In Enchanted Forest, "wardrobe" means "wooden world-joining teleport?" Interesting.
nah, Cora's the Queen of Hearts. there's no point to all the heart symbolism around her otherwise.
maybe. although i will point out that wardrobes were much more common in a time when people didn't have closets.
ophelia, you're breaking my heartRight, right. Regina maybe, after her redemption arc falls flat. Orrr, someone else who has White in their name, and a thematic connection with winter, and was intimately involved with Enchanted Forest's downfall. That's right, I'm ing that Snow becomes Jadis somehow.
If I'm remembering the wardrobe accurately, it didn't have a whole lot of room for storing clothes, and since there were never going to be clothes in it longer than it took to port them away with a child around them, it still seems odd that they'd automatically associate it as a wardrobe, instead of a box or a stump or something.
"I do love books"= Week made.
My childhood was such a happy time.
"You are never taller then when standing up for yourself"Once Upon A Time: It's basically weekly live-action crossover between everyone's favorite classic Disney movies.
I actually think that's part of why that scene works so well, Cora, Regina, and Henry have the whole "Cycle of abuse" thing going on, where like Regina, Henry doesn't want to become like his mother, and yet here he is using her own underhanded tactics against her without giving it a second thought. If this continues to become a pattern, and he realizes it and starts working against it, it will make for some good TV.
