It's just a visual pun on the trope name: someone will die on a bus. Nothing to do with the actual trope.
I guess a pic that actually depicts the trope would be better, but it seems to be hard to illustrate in one concise image.

The Visual Pun picture doesn't work for me (it doesn't even show anyone dying), and I can't think of a way to picture the actual trope. Voting imageless.
