Eli just has too much work to do. The defense is old, the offensive line is even worse than before, there's no run game...maybe it's time for the Giants GM to be put on the hot seat
In the battle of rebuilding teams, the Jets hang on for a 27-20 win against a division rival. Are now 2-1. Not bad. I continue to like what I see from Geno Smith; he's winding up on the w side of games Sanchez would've found a way to crap on. But, he's got to do something about those INT's.
What kind of bizarro NFL is this?? The Giants are 0-3. The Skins are 0-3. The Niners are 1-2 (correction ). The Dolphins are 3-0. What the fuck is going on here??

It was an honorWhat are you going on about? The Niners are 1-2. I know this very well
@maxima: and the Chiefs are 3-0, to add to your confusion.
Greg Roman play calling: the run is working and all our receivers are injured? Better call more pass plays!
I'm having Nam style flashbacks of the last decade.
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterBetter add the Steelers to the 0-3 list too.
Six teams have yet to get a win so far: the Tampa Bay Bucanneers, the Washington Redskins, the New York Giants, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Minnesota Vikings. Kinda shocking that list includes 2 playoff teams from last year.
Teams still in the running to dethrone the 1972 Dolphins: the Dolphins themselves, the New England Patriots, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Chicago Bears, the New Orleans Saints, the Seattle Seahawks, and depending on the outcome of tomorrow's game, the Denver Broncos.
"I'm Commander Shepard, but I guess I'm now your therapist."What blows my mind most is that the Niners, Packers, and Panthers have the same record.
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterWhat blows my mind is that the Seahawks are the only NFC playoff team from last year that has a winning record right now.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.I'd get mad but...could it really get any worse? *knocks on wood*
Eh, at this point the team is screwed anyway, and there's a bigger chance that Gabbart will stop sucking than there is for Henne.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.hashtag quest for clowney
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterJosh Freeman benched for rookie Mike Glennon, per league sources.
"I'm Commander Shepard, but I guess I'm now your therapist."Congratulations Bucs, you have taken over for the Jets as the media circus team.
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterIf there were only a way to get both Clowney and Bridgewater...
God.....dammit, Tampa
Tuned back in just in time to watch the Seahawks win in overtime. Hell yeah.
0-4
3/4 of the season left to go to 0-16
4-0 Chiefs.
In a supreme act of irony, Andy Reid has nearly swept the NFC East.
also, the Giants reaaaaallly need some reorganization. 31-7 Chiefs over Giants.

Excluding most of the results of the later games and SNF/MNF games, only Seattle and Kansas City remain undefeated, though it looks as though the Broncos will shortly be joining them.

"I'm Commander Shepard, but I guess I'm now your therapist."
the best part of the chiefs win is given our offense finally gelled, we can finally say the chiefs are actual contenders.
Alex Smith and crew finally were able to match the defense on pure awesome.
and I'm betting Reid's going home to cackle gleefully.

I'm not shocked by the Giants losing to the Chiefs. It's obvious KC is a real team now.
I am disappointed that the Jets couldn't sustain momentum against the Titans.
What the hell is this?? EJ and the Bills take down the defending SB champs? Interesting times.
