What do you mean? That's in map 7-5. By that point you should be able to buy far better from the store. Unless... are there actually people who didn't level up enough to breeze through the rest of the game as soon as they got to 5-3?

If if there are better items available, it's still not a joke item unless it's completely useless. If you have enough characters, it's entirely possible to find someone to equip with the Horse Weiner.

We generally don't use entire MTG cards, and the artwork alone doesn't get the trope across as near as I can tell.

We can just crop it a few pixels. That way it won't be the WHOLE card.
We can use the whole card when the game mechanics are relevant to the trope; this is pretty rare, but it does happen every so often. Strategy, Schmategy is an example.
In that same vein would be [1] [2] [3], but I'm not sure if we want the picture to be a literal "joke" item...the trope is less about being humorous so much as being humorously bad.
