Something regarding Sasuke (from Naruto), whom no one realized might need some therapy after going home one night to discover his older brother had murdered his entire family and clan and then the subsequent Mind Rape.
In particular, there's a panel in recent chapters of Sasuke as a child...with the eyes of an Axe-Crazy killer.

This seems pretty unpicturable to me, even if we found something that could successfully convey psychological trauma there's still no way to show that the character didn't get help later.
What is this "sleep" you speak of?
