Episode 00

Apparently this takes place later in the show, but whatever.

Sena and Yozora are either going to kill each other or fuck each others brains out.

Amusing, but not much to say, looking forward to the start of the main show though.

Episode 00 was fairly shameless about being advertising for the regular series. Several minutes of fanservice, a brief scene that shows what the series will actually be like, the ED (I assume), and a greatly extended preview

Seemed decent enough though, and this sort of comedy has worked well for me before

Episode 0 is actually just an animation of the prologue to the story, and it's nice that it got its own small episode instead of just being shoehorned into the rest of the series, leaving less room for other stuff.

I wonder why they changed the costumes of some of the characters though.

By the way, who is subbing this? I noticed the episode was out.

It's Mazui. And looks like Mazui isn't interested in new standards so it's an 8bit and Xvid release.

Well if I was gonna download it I would be glad, because I don't have 10-bit codex yet so all the colors get wonky. As it stands I'm mostly likely just gonna find it being streamed somewhere.

The shiny pink lips keep bugging me for some reason.

This is looking promising. Watching jerks be jerks to each should be fun.

An early bird cameo for everyone, but Kodoka's sister it seems. Unless I missed her and the opening and ending don't count.

Also the lips are really weird. I guess lip stick is popular? God damnit Arha I can't look away.

Why does it seem like Kodoka is wearing capris?

I just realized how similar the initial premise is to Angel Densetsu.

Sena is Elsie? I knew I knew that voice from somewhere.

After watching the painfully bad OVA, I am glad that the show itself is actually good.

Also I have realized that all characters voiced by Kanae Ito are less human and more genki forces of nature that will not stop raging until they get exactly what they want.

Too bad she's not paired with Aki Toyosaki on this one.

Decent show. Good enough introduction. The art-style is similar to Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko which was a bit... distracting occasionally.

^It isn't similar, they're designed by the exact same person. They all have Meme's face....

So much love for the first episode. Yozora is so cute I Just wanna pinch her cheeks like an old granny.

Big fan of the manga, and the anime is definitely right up my alley.

I am so going to enjoy this season.

Wait... were the guys who animated this the same team who did Denpa no Onna?

No. Both light novels were illustrated by the same artist, Buriki. AIC Build does seem to have mimicked SHAFT's method of adapting the designs, though

I just finished the first episode. This is pretty entertaining so far.

I find the character designs a bit... plushy. It's a little jarring. And so far, Yozora and Sena are proving to be rather entertaining.

Also, way to make a bad first impression there :/

So having watched episode 1... episode 0 made a lot more sense.

If anyone's interested, here's the manga. There is also another manga showing what would happen if Kodaka and Sena started the club instead of him and Yozora.

I Have a feeling that this will be a huge success.

No WONDER I got the feeling of Denpa Onna from watching this. At first I was like wuuut

After mentioning that the original illustrator was Buriki, I went 'Oh'

Also, I see Medaka and Zenkichi in Yozora and Kodaka. Also fits with my mental image of their voices too. Let's see how this turns out
