I have no plans to. I might move to Sweden or Norway, but I suck at the language and for permanent life there I'd have to learn it. Germany could be another option. I could move to any English speaking country, but most of them have worse social policies than Finland. Canada or UK I'd maybe go to if a job was offered. Or Australia, since I already have family there.
Edit: that's for permanent residency. Sure I could move to other places for a while. And I guess if there really was something motivating me I could pick up a new language.

Laws are made to be broken. You're next, thermodynamics.Oh boy.
I was born in England. Moved to Hong Kong with parents when I was a month old. Lived there for 8 years, flew over to here in Australia and lived here for 3 years, back to Hong Kong for 7 years, and then back at Sydney for up to now 9 years.
I'm ethnically Chinese, but nationality wise I'm both Australian and British with the right of abode in Hong Kong (I have not registers myself as a Chinese citizen and have no plans to). I'll see where I can get my job after my Ph D finishes, but I hope that I'll move back to UK if I need to leave Australia.
I'm a little like Ira: my background involves a lot of international freight.
Anybody who does go expat, might I suggest making darned sure you know all your rights, first, in both places, before you go? And, start making contingency plans for most occasions? If you don't, you can get the worst of both worlds, along with some of the best.
Generally speaking, when problems start happening, you can be brushed off as being the other country's problem: by both. Falling between cracks? I'm good at that.
No, I'd move to the states if I was paid gobs of money.
