Well specifics vary, but there's a lot of bad types.
If that is indeed the case, then I should note that I was unaware of that when I made my earlier statement.
Oh God! Natural light!Lots of yaoi is super rapey, yeah.

Not something I knew. I never figured "boys love" = "dude rape".

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite. There is also demographics of more properly romantic leanings and such. It's basically different subgenres with different styles or art and plot.
But the typical giant fucking hands yaoi is often baaad.

Yeah, okay, I have to ask, what's up with those hands?
Willis drew a Danny/Ethan pic like that once.
...giant hands? I'm not familiar with that one.
I assume that means we don't have a trope page for it. :P
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableWhat? It's what she asked for.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Are you familiar with the term "yaoi hands"? Because if not, you should probably excercise caution while googling it.
Hands aren't the only Bad Yaoi Anatomy that's common, though; just the one that made the name. Tiny heads are a thing, too.
This place is careless.I am not. I shall take your advice into consideration. :P

http://www.dumbingofage.com/2017/comic/book-7/04-the-do-list/thoughtful-3/ Oh, yeah in hindsight the others being completely appearance based makes sense from the objectification angle.
Damnit, these pages are making me like Joe and Joyce again. I need more interactions from them, since it seems like Joyce is the person who has most managed to get Joe to be better, and he seems to be somewhat decent towards her.
I'm kind of hoping that it doesn't work quite like that? If that makes sense, like maybe if she does it without it being a bit she healed him and made him start seeing woman as people because of the Power of Friendship. I have weird feelings of using it to make a guy less of a jerk, at the moment. But at the same time I don't want to rain on your parade. And since you are saying that mine is obviously not the opinion of all women (not that people would think that even if I wasn't disagreeing with another woman).

No, I get where you're coming from. I certainly don't think that it's up to Joyce to "fix him" or anything, I just find it interesting that she seems to be the person who he listens to when she calls him out on his shit, while he ignores everyone else. Ideally, he'd start working towards changing on his own.
Oh yeah I get what you mean.
Hmmm I hope Willis is cruel enough to guide Joe to redemption, only to rip it away from him at the last moment, to a degree that will kill any potential catharsis from the idea of comeuppance.
why?
Also redemption seems like a heavy term for a guy whose worst ride is being a shallow tool.
"Become less of a shithead", at least.
Either way, now's probably when that starts.
Oh God! Natural light!Would you like to talk about your issues?
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Joyce figured out Rape Culture all on her own.
