Tammy overhears the conversation between Junko and Kyla. "Nya if that's the case, don't you think Junko and I should return to our posts?"

"Sounds like a good idea," Kyla said. "Meanwhile, I'll try to get some sleep. See you tomorrow, Tammy."

"Yeah sounds like a good idea to me too." says Junko. "See ya tomorrow Kyla." she turns to Tammy, "Shall we?"

"Very well, I'll go and unpack. Call for me when there's an incident would you please?" Latanya asked and entered one of the bedrooms.

In there the cat eared butler placed the suitcase on the bed and opened it. Inside laid what you would usually need for travelling as a butler, extra costumes, underwear, personal hygene products and a huge sword stored safely inside it's steath

"No problem, see ya later." says Junko waving before heading back to her post.

"Nya all right then. See you in the morning, Kyla," Tammy replies with a wave as she moves toward the hallway door. "Nya we'll do that, thanks," She then replies to Latanya as she follows Junko out of the guest suite.

"Nya given the situation, things went pretty well," Tammy says to Junko as they walk back toward the barricade. "If only the rest of this week could be like that nya, but I'm afraid that may be a little greedy." (The stress she puts on 'little' emphasizes the understatement of that remark.)

"Yeah all things considered things are going pretty well." says Junko. "And yeah it probably would be a little greedy asking for that." she shrugs. "I'll be glad if we all get through this with our hides and what passes for our sanity. So what ya think of the new arrivals?"

"Marnie seems okay," Kyla said. "I'm not sure about Latanya, though. There's this weird scent coming from him."

"Hmmm really? Well I don't have a sensitive enough nose to tell anything unusual there, think you could be a little more specific? Either way might be worth keeping an eye on both of them if we're all feeling paranoid."

"Nya they seem okay, but they are strangers to us," Tammy says. "Nya I'm not sure Hitsugi would like that we've welcomed them in just like that," she adds, snapping her fingers as she says 'that'.

"Scent?" Tammy asks upon Kyla's assessment. "Nya think you can elaborate on that, Kyla?"

"Good point about Hitsugi." says Junko with a thoughtful look. "I'd better get some of the hangover cure of mine mixed up before I go to bed, there's a possiblity things won't go well either way but they'll probably go better if she's not hung over." she gives Kyla and expectant look at Tammy's request she elaborate.

"I mean, I don't think he's what he looks like. His scent doesn't quite match up," Kyla said.

Marnie quietly staked out her own room in the suite, not that she'd brought anything much with her. It was mostly a matter of getting herself settled in. Which didn't take long as she hopped up on the bed, walked in a circle a couple of times, and then lay down. Pulling her legs up to her chest she gave a little yip and then closed her eyes. She wouldn't sleep heavilly, but a little resting of the eyes might not be bad.

"Okay, that could still mean a lot of things, how is it off? Or is it one of those things where you can tell something's off but your not sure what exactly?"

"Yeah, it's one of those things," Kyla said. "We may want to look into it."

"Hmmmm I see....yeah that might be something to look into." says Junko looking thoughtful, "if for no other reason then peace of mind."

Tammy: "Nya I guess that makes sense," Tammy says.

"Oh, yeah. Nya what's with the bushy tail Marnie had when we informed you of, what we now know as, Latanya's arrival? I'm sure it wasn't there the first time nya."

Jessie: "Hmm... Karina has a point," Jessie says. "Each of us appears to stick out in our own way. Even under darkness, it may be best if we had some visual cover."

"Oh, that," Kyla said. "Well, it turns out that Marnie isn't really human, but rather a fox that's become human. So, a shapeshifter, I guess."

"Right I'll try to restrain myself from making the obvious joke there." says Junko. "She's an interesting one, seems like she'll be fun to have around once we all aren't running in circles."

After having hanged all the extra suits in the wardrobe, putting all the underwear in the drawer (and securing it with triple stainless card reading locks and a fingerprint scanner), placing her laptop safely under the night table Latanya secured he handgun under her tailcoat and hanged the large sword over her back.

The butler looked out over her room, she was statisfied and so she left her room. "Time to start exploring the mansion!"

Tammy: "Now that I think of it, nya Marnie fidgeted a bit as she introduced herself but it never dawned on me to wonder why," Tammy says. "A shapeshifter, is she?" she adds with a wry smile. "Nya I wouldn't mind being able to turn into an actual cat once in a while."

Tammy was about to turn the conversation back to Latanya, but as she turns to face where they came from, she sees Latanya coming out into the upstairs hall. "What's up, Latanya?" she asks, "And what's with that thing nya?" she adds hesitantly, pointing to the blade hanging behind Latanya’s back.

Jessie: "Um, getting a little fidgety, Karina?" Jessie asks with a whisper. Then Berenice delivers news from the call she got from Gemma.

"Ugh, terrible news," Jessie whispers. "I don't like rushing through things, Berenice, but you're right. We need to move in now."

"I am exploring the mansion, I wasen't provided with schematics. And this-" Latanya glances to the sword on her back "-is my sword, I'm also carrying around a handgun undet my tailcoat if you would like to know. I would not like to be surprised without any weapon nearby (not that I am allowed to use them without proper clearence)."

"Ahhh good thinking." says Junko. "Wish I'd thought of that when I joined here, I spent a lot of time lost in my early days. And yeah, good idea with your gear though frankly I'm hoping the surprises for tonight are over, don't know if my nerves could take much more."

"Thought about taking a vacation?" Latanya wondered "It's no good to burn yourself out."

"At the moment? Nope. We might all need one once this mess is over though."
