Actually, if we had a Head Maid it would probably be Lisbeth, though i dunno how well that would work out; it might chill the potential for backstabbing in this scenario (unless the head maid happened to be one of the traitors)...

Lisbeth gets 1D6 of favor for fixing the Master's drink and dropping in a Firefly reference.

So, um... yeah; the maids in Spyhold are kind of awful at keeping secrets. I'm pretty sure Ceiling Lisbeth would get bored with watching them pretty quick...

So much for the giving-the-shotgun-to-the-blind-girl plot. :)

Need luck rolls for all the maids searching. If no one gets higher then 10, all you find is the section of the fence where the intruder bypassed security and the intruder's rental car.

Out of curiosity, are these standard pump-action military/law enforcement shotguns, or old school lever-action shotguns for some campy Guns Akimbo fun?

Well, if a blind person is going to use a firearm, shotgun is probably the best choice since it doesn't require as much accuracy as a pistol.

I am going to assume that the shotguns are lever-action because the image of a prim and proper Japanese maid in a kappougi with a shotgun in each hand is just more amusing ^_^...

Remember, blindness in this game isn't a hinderance - it even says so in the rules.

The box beeps when held near a secret door. Kyla gets a +1 bonus to dice roll when trying to locate hidden doors.

True, but characters should still be reluctant to hand a gun to a blind girl, even if she can pull some crazy Zatoichi / Gunslinger Girl stuff; the incongruity is part of the fun.

Um... Hitsugi would definitely not split up from Kyla; she's terribly concerned about her friends' safety and she was cursing Lisbeth for going off on her own. Since she's watching Kyla's back (and probably every other direction, since Kyla can't see), it's perfectly reasonable that she might not notice the box.

I think that the first half of the message happens immediately when we walk into the study or perhaps just the entry hall of the mansion; the second half (Dan dismissing us to the bath) happens after we've delivered our report.

Eheh... in a way, it might be fortunate that your character seems to be a rather 'my pace' kind of girl...

You can probably roll a SKILL check to see if you can unlock any secrets in the cellphone; maybe you can trace the messages back to the other end (Or at least flood both accounts with Natural Male Enhancement messages) and impress the Master ^_^;...

Hmmm not a bad idea I was thinking she's probably got a machine for that sort of thing buried somewhere in her room, and she's in there trying to dig it up. I was debating if she's need a luck roll to find it, since being a mad scientest I doubt she's all that organized but just having her find the thing quick and try to use it would work better, thanks for the suggestion. :) How here's hoping I got how to do the spoiler tags right.
