When I rented the DVD from Netflix, it had those dynamic subtitles as standard.
I've got two guns pointed west and a broken compass.

They were like that for the theatrical release too.

It was like that for the theatrical release and for some but not for all of the DVD releases and when I've seen it on TV it has had the special subtitles.

I saw that Russian flick Night Watch a while back on TV. The subtitles they had were all crazy and dynamic, i.e. flowing onto the screen like blood dropped into water and other such things. Fairly sure they did the same thing for Day Watch, and I'm just wondering if these were done special by whatever channel I watched them on or if it's a specific release, 'cuz I bought the DVD and, go figure, the subs were just your run of the mill yellow typed out type. Anyone know what I'm talking about or am I just babbling?
