I'd say it should also include that a lot of works refer to things as "the eighth wonder of the world" and make Eighth Wonder Of The World a redirect or something.
Fight smart, not fair.

I think it should be a Useful Notes page.

I'd say make this a Useful Notes page, due to the way the wonders are often used in fiction, and spin Eighth Wonder Of The World into it's own trope for when people label something as such.

I had forgotten about this. Bumping for for feedback. Any objection to this being turned into a Useful Notes page?

Seven Wonders Of The World provides lists of various things considered Wonders of the World. It is set up as a work page, however it doesn't seem to be a work to me, or if it is a work, it needs to provide more information about the specific of the creation of specific works containing such lists.
This should be changed to be one of the following:
A trope about the use of wonders of the world in everything from literature and stories, whether it be to provide an easily reconizable monument to set the scene (such as nearly all works in Egypt ending up showing the Great Pyramid and all nearlu works set in China ending up showing the Great Wall) to the use of wonders in games like Civiliation to give specific game play advantages. Furthermoe, if this is a trope, it should include a list of works that use the trope.
A Useful Notes Page about the history of the such lists, and and a brief history and description of each of the specific monuments listed. As the page is presently listed, it most resembles a Useful Notes page, however it could probably use some more detail and would need to be moves to the Useful Notes namespace.
A works page that actually describes in detail specific lists constructed by specific people and gives tropes present within in that work, not just tropes related to the concept of monuments and wonders. At present, the page type is listed as "work".
Also, once we decide what it is, we need to index it.
