Basically a thread for people to share Total War-related experiences.
I'm scared of the Senate now in Rome. They fought a sizeable rebel army of around 100 something with 700 men. After a bit of maneuvering from the Senate tore through them like tissue paper with only 10 losses. Only 23 rebels escaped and that was only because I ended the battle before they could kill the rest.
On a more negative side said army is staying in the area it had the battle in, and I think that's the reason one of my cities is experiencing slow economic downturn despite its governer being competent at his job.
