I read the first two volumes because I heard that the author has degree in sports psychology and knows her stuff. Well, I don't know jack nothing about baseball but found it to be highly enjoyable so far.
Some of the techniques are really interesting, the main character is very adorable yet admirably resilient, and everyone, even the antagonists, are very realistically portrayed. I'm pretty sure any of you who play baseball will enjoy this manga and of course, it applies to those who are NOT familiar with it as well.
Hmm, does anyone here who read this manga play baseball? I suppose the author knows her stuff but I have no way of verifying it because I don't play baseball (I prefer basketball and running).

Talk about Big Windup here.
