I'm with the "do not rename". Really, the catch phrase is pretty popular and adding "again" to it probably wouldn't change the misuse in my opinion. Besides 16% is a pretty low percentage. It shouldn't take too long to correct.

Do we really need this rename? It's fine the way it is. Making the trope name an example of Beam Me Up, Scotty! (which in itself needs a rename) is a bad idea.

The crowner's spoken - and there's plenty of precedent for adding context words to trope names to make the meaning clearer. The fact that it will cease to be an exact quote is irrelevant.
This looks like the crowner was called for a standard rename. Is that the case?
