You could use the same argument to argue that gay people should just suck it up and accept that they're supposed to be heterosexual and should thus just suck it up and deal, y'know. And it'd be just as wrong.

It's OK to not understand why someone would feel that way. I think it's frankly offensive to imply that because you don't understand it, those who do feel that way are deluded and wrong.

And, frankly, I think that goes over the line in what's permissible in Covens. You don't have to be part of the group to join in in a Covens discussion, but you do have to be respectful of them. That attitude is not respectful.
