No Wiki Magic possible: Televised Torture

So someone just created a trope page without YKTTW. Televised Torture has 1 wick, two examples, no index, and no hope of wiki magic happening ever. But it has a halfway decent description, which is why I didn't Cut List it coz the cutmasters would deny the cut anyway.

Cut it and send to it YKTTW. I believe that's procedure in these cases.

Yes. But the chances of cutmasters cutting it are slim to none (I know, I've done it with similar tropes before)

Copy it to YKTTW first then link said YKTTW in your cutlist request? even if it's denied still let the YKTTW run and just copy and paste it to the trope page.

Yes. There's a trope here but it needs to collect a lot more examples.

So the trope has been in YKTTW for 10 days and has gathered only 1 new example. Do we keep the page or cut it as Too Rare To Trope?

Looks okay to me. It will collect examples on the wiki, and it has the minimum number to start. Looks like the OP just elected not to go through YKTTW.

With two wicks? You think this will gather examples? Okay sure.

Seeing the title, I thought this would be about evil governments broadcasting torture of it enemies, not just CCTV, as it were.
