Samus: Alright then. Tell me about yourself. I'm technically Human Resources.

Silas: Let's see... I was raised in the city of Dunwall since birth, and hoped to one day become an inventor. When the plague came, the government forced me to move to the Flooded District for unknown reasons. From there, I was picked up by Daud and his group, and they had me learn the art of stealth, so that I could survive on the streets as a scavenger.

As for skills... I believe "assassination" should cover it.

Samus: I see. Skills?

Silas: Climbing, sneaking, marksmanship with a crossbow, and some skill with swordplay are the notable ones off the top of my head. Never did actually become an inventor.

Samus: I see...and what would you say you could bring to our team, precisely?

Silas: Hmm... If necessary, I can scout a place out to see what the others could expect, or eliminate someone that the group is after that needs to die. I can also be good at combat, but that's secondary to my profession.

Samus: I see. I have one more question, then.

Silas: Go ahead.

Samus: ...If a fat jolly man with a white beard, a red suit, and a large sack, walks up to you, what would you do?

Silas: I'd leave him alone, assuming I wasn't specifically instructed to kill him.

Unless he draws out a gun. Then I'd try to knock him out before he could use it.

Samus: ...Good enough, you're hired.

Silas: Perfect.

...Is there anything I need to show I'm a member?

Silas: I guess that works. I was more asking about equipment. Like the... Uniform that Daud's assassins use.

Samus: ...I got no idea who the hell Daud is, but how we work things around here is what we find out there, we keep. So until we go to the market, you're stuck with the clothes on your back and the equipment we temporarily held for you.

Silas: I see. That makes things a bit simpler.

Samus: Yep. Beautiful, isn't it?

Silas: I'd say so.

Samus: Mmhmm. Anything else I can help you with?
