I admit, I nearly cried at the hugging scene.
I can't help but feel that all these hangups with idol image is silly.
Mika looks gorgeous in that 'modern' outfit.
I guess it's the way show also wants us to see that the idols want to have their personalities too.
Still, I agree. Mika looked damn good.
Thirded on Mika looking gorgeous.
Also, that boy who mocked Rika.
Oh, you nearsighted fool...

That was a cute episode. Not much overall story wise, but good character building.
It seemed like we got a glimpse of Kanako's body issues.
A little sweet genuine moment between Kirari and Anzu.
Episode 19.
In which idols rock your pants off.
Man, the whole Natsuki x Riina x Miku love triangle conflict went a lot more smoothly and peacefully than I expected.
Really, second half already have some great episodes. I'd even dare to say that season 2 already surpassed season 1.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Natsuki is a cool chick.
Ready for impending drama around new trio, Uzuki sure isn't.
Natsuki is so cooool!
I can see that the new producer wants to break up New Generations!

TakeP and AkabaneP. They look so adorable together. So much that Rin better look out.

Chariman is going straight for the throat! More cameos! Triad Primus! Anya solo! Groups breaking up? Mio going solo? What about Uzuki?!
WHO CARES ABOUT ANY OF THAT, FUMIKA HAS FINALLY MADE APPEARANCE!!!

The girl who bumped into Anastasia while carrying all those books.
Eh, I don't mind the chairlady. It's not like she's doing anything out of intentional malice and she hasn't done anything permanently adverse for the girls. If nothing else, they seem to be heading towards progress.
Besides, what's the odds that the project will stay broken anyway? XD

She can't be that bad. Granted I haven't seen past her second episode/episode 15 but from what I'm seeing by reading the episode summaries all she's done is disband the Cinderella Project and even then she's giving them a chance to save it.

Thank you I asked that question BEFORE watching the episode.
.... well it looks like New Gen is no more. In a sad twist of reality, Mishiro wins.
She gave them the chance only because it will reflect well on her either way, as far as the fanbase will be able to tell.
She also went back on her promise this episode. She initially agreed to defer judgement till the Ball (their big chance to turn the tide), but now she's changed her mind and chosen to decide based on their performance up till before the Ball. And if she thinks they're not doing well enough? Their department will be closed down and their event scrapped. If that's not playing dirty, I don't know what is.

Basically what Mishiro did was move to goalposts... in her favor. Note that the Cinderella Project is now down two units, with both Love Laika and New Generations defunct, while Project Krone pretty much cherry-picked the best idols from the company's line-up.
It's definitely playing dirty, but couched in business language that the Producer has no choice but play against the rigged conditions.

Yeah. If they had till winter, the girls would probably be able to adjust somewhat to the additional workload by then and thus do fairly well. By bringing the performance review forward, they're unlikely to have adjusted by then and thus the review will be skewed in her favour.
Really, the issue here isn't whether or not the Cinderella Girls have a chance, but whether Mishiro will keep her part of the bargain anyway. There's NOTHING stopping her from saying "keepsies" and not only disallowing Rin and Anya to return to the Cinderella Project (remember, their agreement was verbal, and nothing is in writing), but cancelling the project regardless of them pulling of better reviews than Krone. All it takes is pulling strings with the accounting department, and poof, no more budget for the Cinderella Girls!
Hope that won't happen.
The fact that the name is KRONE makes my eyes roll. But yeah that stellar lineup.
Uzuki is stronger than I thought.
Really liked Miria's side of the new episode. Even the youngest idol of the group has a bit of insecurity.
