You said that there was going to be a timeskip. This, combined with Signed spoiler Fu probably broke the camels back.

Too bad the manga still hasn't been completely translated, though. It has already been finished, wasn't it? And I'm just killing myself over not knowing exactly how it ended.

Ah, I know a friend who do that JUST to get a reaction like yours. He once spoiled the identity of the prime antagonist Higurashi series. Needless to say there was a fight.

My sister accidentally spoiled the ending of The Sixth Sense. Of course, she only implied it, but probably thought I would be stupid enough not to pick up on it from her clues. I was quite mad at her. EDIT: Yeah, that's exactly what she did.

Really sorry about all this. I never made this kind of blunder before and I swear it won't happen again.

Probably the worst are the people who like to lurk around a thread and vaguely drop hints and act like they are being so fucking clever because they know things you don't know.

Its to the point where on another forum I hang out on, we have explicitly instituted policies about staying the fuck out of discussion threads if you can't contribute in any way other than being smug about knowing the ending.

Ah, those kind of people. In RL, you can just threat them to silence but in internet forums, especially unregulated ones, if you encounter one of those jerkasses, you are screwed.

At least the spoilers here weren't made on purpose. Which isn't that surprising, since the TV Tropes forum is relatively asshole-free.

Just go back and use spoiler tags on both posts. (and whoever had the broken tags fix them like my earlier post explained.)

I don't know how full of assholes in other forums but yeah this site is quite civil. Well, except all those sardonic mother hubbards who, I suspect, think that making a sarcastic comment and potholing Sarcasm Mode into it makes them intellectual.

Still, who can resist good old snarks, especially a deserved one.

Soooo, can we now go back to actually discussing the series?

It's like a slightly more serious version of Yotsubato, with a greater focus on the parent rather then the child. Which somehow changed after the Time Skip, which I didn't really like.

Also, is it just me, or is Rin way too serious and responsible for such a young kid?*

Anyway, I find it to be the most realistic manga series, except the part that Rin being the Daikichi's aunt (this is NOT a spoiler), that is. Also, Rin is very adorable.

I want someone to write a crossover of this and Yotsubato. The world will overflow with sweetness...

So I just actually watched the first episode. It's a bit slow, but I guess that the original was Writing for the Trade as well, so it's hardly the anime's fault. Still incredibly cute. No complaints at all.

Hi, without spoiling anything much, how much of the manga has been translate? I read until chapter 30 or so.

Up to chapter 50, the first chapter of the last volume. The raws of the final chapters came out yesterday so the scanlated finale shouldn't be too far away now either.
