Assassin's Creed

Well, I'd like to play the others, but there's so many now. And the first one is old now. So I figured since there's a new one coming out and it looks like the best one yet, I'd play that.

@Ten Tails: You can pick up the games pretty cheaply right now (with the exception of Revelations as it's the most recent). Get 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations, don't bother buying 1 because Revelations comes with a free copy of it.

Hmm, three games... Eh, nevermind.

It goes by incredibly quickly. It's some of the best gaming value out there, in my opinion.

Just play 2. That's enough to sate your appetite if you're not looking for a deep dive.

Also that hidden shanker was pretty slick.

Yes it was, or at least, close enough. The back of his knee still counts.

It was the middle of his lower leg. Nowhere near his knee. Like, 5 3 inches away.

Anyway, the full trailer should be good.

I am disappoint, Ubisoft. That wasn't gameplay footage; it was a cutscene. Cutscenes are not gameplay, even if they are in-game. Rant over.

Well, checking out the facebook redirect, it looks as if the trailer is coming out either tomorrow or thursday, since the unlock meter is about halfway through.

Cool, don't have to wait long.

I've been thinking. Has it been mentioned how the bow and arrow (assuming they're usable) will be made different compared to the other various ranged weaponary?

Sorry if it's been mentioned already, I was just curious.

It's been mentioned, but not elaborated upon.

I'm assuming that the bow will have a "charge-up" timer like the Hidden Gun.

And like the Hidden Gun, if you don't take the time to fully charge up your shot, you run the risk of missing your target entirely.

I also assume that you can enter a "fine-aim" mode where you can specify where you hit your target. Connor's an Assassin, he should be able to do exactly what we see in the trailer, hit a guy in the leg with an arrow.

(Probably using the wrong terminology, but I think you get my point.)

@Medicus:Yeah I got what you meant. Sounds cool. I was thinking it would just be a quieter version of the Hidden Gun gameplay wise.
