Block image uploads with too long titles.

I just uploaded several images that don't work now because the urls are too long for the auto-hyphenator. Can a work around be arranged so that urls that point to tvtropes don't flag it or something put in place to prevent uploads with names that would trigger the auto-hyphenator?

Long hyperlinks also break the forums as well.

I usually have to shorten the name then upload it again to post it on the forums. And Links use Tiny URL but it is rather annoying.

The auto-hyphenator is here to stay as far as I know. I just want either a workaround for things on the wiki or something that blocks you from trying to paste a url that won't work without knowing so.

I'm not sure if the auto-hyphenator is still a thing or not, but I've added this to Wishlist just to be safe, as it's a good idea in general. Locking.
