I probably should have thought of this before doing my edit, but apparently right-aligning these images like is (IIRC) standard to do caused the images to be out of the characters' "sections" in the article. Should my edits be reverted, or is this just some problem with coding that can be fixed otherwise?

I'd suggest cropping the images and seeing how it looks like then.

Crop off the black space at the top of each picture. I I've done Buzz and Woody.

For some of them, you might want to reduce the size further by resizing them to be both shorter and narrower. Especially the minor characters, where there isn't a lot to say about them.

I cropped a half-dozen more of them, but even for the ones I did, even that does not seem to be enough.

Shouldn't there be a way of coding it such that images between two lines are displayed between those two lines?

Nope, the wiki doesn't change image size. Whatever size you upload is the size it displays.

I don't think it's currently possible to do that. However, I might be wrong. But if I'm not wrong, you could always suggest it on the Tech Wishlist.

Also, it might be worth just trying to find some more tropes. Not the most ideal solution, and certainly not a full one, but hey.

That's not quite what I meant. What I was referring to was something that would adjust the distance between lines to fit the image size, not the other way around. (EDIT: Though for what it's worth, I am not ruling out the option of resizing these images either, so long as it is done right. The method I typically use on TV Tropes is to zoom out in my browser, take a screenshot, and then crop the smaller version of that image from the screenshot. Is this a satisfactory method of image resizing?)

As for finding other tropes, I could probably do that for some of them, but we should not have to rely on that to keep character images in character sections.

I've done the first folder. They simply aren't going to line up with the entry divisions if the pictures are all the same size. Mrs Potatohead is the only one that I had to make a great deal smaller. If there are more tropes for her...

I would have thought we'd have a feature whereby the entry divisions can be made to line up with right-aligned pictures, if only because it automatically DOES do that when the images are left-aligned.

In any case, in light of that, I went ahead and resized a lot of the images, especially ones of the Sunnyside toys. Most of them now happen to fit within the divisions in my browser (google chrome) and resolution, (1280 by 1024) though I'm not sure if others might want to check how well it works in other browsers or resolutions... the only character who doesn't quite fit is Stretch, and this is just barely noticeable.

On a sidenote, I noticed that there are line divisions between characters, but not between folders. This makes it look like the last character from a previous folder is part of the next folder; would it be a good idea to add line divisions between folders to fix this?

EDIT: Oh, and should the human characters have images too?

Another thing, what about tropes applying to a character's Show Within a Show, such as how the show the toys are of portrays them, or how Andy or Bonnie portrays them during playtime? Should they be in a separate category within a character's section, or should they just be listed among the tropes of how they are in the main story with just a note per trope explaining the distinction?
