Hello,
I emailed Valve about the free version of Team Fortress 2 and the availability of the Source SDK for it, and I got a response from Robin (I would just show you the link but I can't post it due to new account and all) stating that my email sort of spurred a decision inside Valve to allow the Source SDK (and Base 2006) to be bundled with the F 2 P version of TF 2
I was able to run Zombie Panic Source and some older HL 2 mods on my free account

So what do we have to do if we downloaded it before the SDK was available?

Go to any source mod on steam, and there should be a link to a list of games that come with Source SDK.
