Depends on which aspect you're talking about.
So far, he's getting there in terms of solving crime, economic growth, improving the military and talking about Sabah, as well as getting China to respect the UN ruling as much as possible.

Marcos to be buried as a hero In my book a man who destroyed the economy and society of his country so his wife could buy a shoe collection is not a hero, but I guess Duerte and I have different definitions of heroism.
Hmm.. In my opinion, he was neither totally bad, nor totally good either. He was merely an ambitious man who was chewed on by the world of politics and spat out an corrupted husk of his former self. An intellectual giant with a tragic end. I bet one of the major reasons why the current administration decided to bury him once and for all was to just let the issue rest so the citizens can finally stop mourning for the past and focus on the present. I mean, having angst over Hitler's genocidal tendencies won't bring back any of its victims, nor will it support the still-living.
