These tropes are allegedly not counterparts, and stated not to be, on the somewhat dubious grounds that Blue Bishōnen Ghetto means "too many pretty boys, for Fanservice" and Pink Bishōjo Ghetto means "too many pretty girls in traditionally male positions, for Fanservice".
Needless to say, this is frequently ignored in examples (and some examples are fuzzy anyway). Some other tropes (such as The Smurfette Principle) claim that they are counterparts even though the tropes themselves say they are not.
To make matters worse, Pink Bishōjo Ghetto claims it has an additional "somewhat unrelated" version where shows for girls have a lot of girls. The gender flipped version of this unrelated version is probably the closest to The Smurfette Principle though there isn't an exact match.
