It looks awesome. Cat Mario running up the flag pole seems cheap(and funny) to me, like seriously.

Aw yeah, the new games shown did not disappoint me. 4-player 3D Land sequel with playable Peach and Toad with their SMB 2 abilities; and Mario Kart with hovercars and hoverbikes (with the return of Waluigi)? Sounds really cool.

Would be really nice if that haunted stage is a Luigi Stage, but I'm not holding my breath.

Goddammit Nintendo EAD! You're putting out another non-explorational 3D Mario game? What happened to the exploration of 64 and Sunshine? Super Mario 3D World would have been so much better as a 3DS title since it is a direct sequel to a 3DS game, and you're making it a Wii U game, which would be better off as a title like 64. I am highly disappointed in this new game, and I might not get it.

I hope you can play as any of the characters even while not in multiplayer. It'd be awesome to go through an entire adventure playing as Peach. (With less crying this time.)

Well, with hindsight it's kinda blatantly obvious where the series would be going next considering the fact that Super Mario 3D Land was done by the Galaxy team.

I fucking love that Peach is finally playable again in a main game, with the same moves as in SMB2. And it's a 3D platformer with multiplayer, faster paced than Land. It's basically if 3D Land and SMB2 had a baby, but with multiplayer like the latter was originally intended to have. So I'm hyped. And Cat Mario is awesome! :D The level design is amazing too.

The one thing that could save SM3DW for me would be alternate paths and exits. Considering it has World in its title, it better do that.
