I'm trying to learn how to make levels in Little Big Planet 2. I feel I should probably start with a basic platformer before coming up with my own mechanics, but I need a good starting point. Anyone have any unique themes they'd like to see for a level?

Welcome to th:|MM unnecessarily made the creation tools harder to use in 2...

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Sackboy: The Big Adventure announced for Play Station 5.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."It's gonna be a full 3D platformer. There's no word on whether there'll be a create mode, but if there is it's unlikely to be backwards compatible with 3.
All that aside, this looks great and I'm hyped! I really though Sony had forgotten about the series. Plus at least we know now why the LBP Restitched fangame got canned.
Another strange thing I realised: no Stephen Fry. I did notice his presence decreased in 3 what with him not narrating all the online tutorials. Has he become too expensive? I don't mind too much as long as they don't try to replace him, and just go without a narrator. Anything else would be weird.
EDIT: Come to think of it, I don't think the announcement trailers for the previous games featured any Stephen Fry narration either. So I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.

This is basically just a thread to discuss anything Little Big Planet related. I recently got Little Big Planet 2 and its excellent. Imported all of my stuff I had on the original LBP. The PSP one is pretty good. I hear they're making one for the new Vita. I'll be looking forward to that.
Un-frickin-touchable.
