Another work I liked a ton she voiced in was Chrno Crusade, in which she was none other than the heroine, Rosette Christopher.
She also did several video game roles aside from her Key Visual Novel works, such as Nanaly Fletch in Tales Of Destiny 2 and May Lee in The King Of Fighters; and now, she holds the sad record of being the first seiyuu in the Tokimeki Memorial franchise to die: she voiced Natsumi Fujii in Girl's Side 1.

RIP to Tomoko Kawakami. 
I hope her replacement voice actresses handle her roles well...and to her family, well, condolences.
