Rather than import the disc, your best bet is probably to import a US PSN card and buy it from a US store account. The store isn't region-locked.

So, after reading that Castlevania Symphony Of The Night is available on Playstation network, I eagerly rushed to check it out, only to find that, actually, no it bloody isn't. I take it this is a regional thing, and that the US Store has it, but the EU doesn't. If so, I suppose eBay is my best bet?
Sucks that the goddamn thing isn't multi regional. You'd think the page would mention that.
