blapi is slightly less embarassing than pittoo.
Blapi sounds absurd. Pittoo is vaguely name-like, Blapi sounds like something I'd call a sheep or maybe a goat.
I sure said that!Pittoo is maybe word-like, but definitely not name-like. :/
Apparently, Burapi is also the common colloquial term used for Brad Pitt's name in Japan◊.
...Still not as fun as the sound of spitting in the English.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! So, I just stumbled into this incredibly great Upperdash Arm! It's got +4 Overall Defense and +4 Charged Dash Shot, and enough ranged and melee stars to put it at the magical 299 value!
I sure said that!I managed to fuse myself a pretty good Cursed Palm.
- Ranged: 4
- Melee: 4.5
- Knockback defense +1
- Weakening +1
- Walking speed +3
- Standing ch. shot +1
- Melee combo +3
- Melee dash attack +1
- Value: 296
I had myself a decent winning streak in free-for-all with it. I think I like palms in general. The homing ability is very useful. In the practice rooms before the fights start, I'll often see the practice dummy dodge a charged shot as it's returning to the center, then see the charged shot curve back around and hit him in the back.
The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever.palms4lyfe.
The Viridi Palm and Ninja Palm are my favorites of that weapon type.
I sure said that!hm. though i'd like to try some different types of palm (besides the bubble palm or whatever its called. hate that one) that arent of a low value or number of skills. for some reason they only appear if extremely weak.
course, im having trouble getting a decent viridi palm nowadays. so for now im using phosphoras bow that i got from my first time doing the boss rush.
Have you tried fusing other high-value weapons into them?
"We're home, Chewie."hm. when fusing i do try to only go for the best option, and thats usually never a palm, unless its like the viridi or ninja palm. when a great reaper or another type of palm comes up, it tends to be the weakest of available options.
You guys with your awesome craft results and great luck.
My quest for a decent pair of Raptor Claws will never bear fruit.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018I'm trying to remember which chapters like to produce Raptor Claws.
... I can at least say Blade + Blade fusions result in a set of Claws all the time, so there's that? Farm for First Blades and such in the early chapters and you might just get lucky?
I sure said that!I want to get into the game again, but my pride won't let me clear a level unless it's on 9.0, so I'm pretty much stuck replaying Level 1 over and over again to grind for hearts. Any tips to speed up the process?
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerYou could mill unwanted weapons into hearts as well.
Also, for 9.0 runs, I'd suggest weapons with high Overall Defense boosts. I also never leave without the Double Item power. It makes almost every food drop heal you to full.
I have a message from another time...The double item thing's a good idea. Why didn't I think of that? I can't really spare any weapons, though. Trying to get an arsenal with as high grades as I can, so even the grade-100 ones go into "paperclip trade" fusion.
And speaking of food, Palutena's mentioned a few times eating at mortal restaurants (claiming to have a coupon for pizza, telling Pit that they're going out to eat after Revolting Dinner)... I like to think she calls posing as a tourist at her temple to see the look on the delivery guy's face when she does that.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerHaving somehow lost my copy of this game, I decided to buy again (download this time). As usual, I opted for early multiplayer since it's a good source of a Disc-One Nuke. And boy did I get one:
Darkness Bow, 0.5* Ranged, Value 226 Overall Defense +4, Knockback Defense +1, Poison +1, Running Speed +2, Stamina +2, Forward-Dash Continuous Fire +3.
Okay, so the stars are crap, I suck with bows (Beam and Artillery Claws user here), and the Darkness Bow is not the best bow. But that is a pretty decent weapon for having only finished chapter 1.
I eased through it at intensities 2, 4 and 6 before jumping up to 9.0. Narrowly failed to beat Twinbellows, but finished fairly comfortably at 8.0. So I'm happy!
My name is Addy. Please call me that instead of my username. There's not really any terrible weaponsnote in this game, so don't feel bad for getting a Darkness Bow- Heck, that's a pretty good catch.

I sure said that! What's wrong with the Bomber Arm? I never used one, so...
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerShort range and not enough power or fire rate or any sort of bonus to justify it.

I sure said that!Ah.
I'm not savvy enough about the mechanics to really notice the differences between the weapons in practice yet.

The only other major name change besides those two is that Dark Pit was Black Pit in Japan, and the Japanese equivalent of "Pittoo" was "Blapi" (from Black Pit).
